  • oz baker's chocolate unsweetened melted
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • cups baker's angel flake coconut 
  • cups marshmallows jet-puffed miniature
  • Tbsp milk 
  • cups powdered sugar 
  • 0.3 tsp vanilla 

Equipment

  • blender

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in sugar.
  2. Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Gently stir in marshmallows.
  3. Place coconut in shallow dish. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cream cheese mixture, in small batches, into coconut; toss to evenly coat.
  4. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
