  • Tbsp minute tapioca 
  • oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat egg, milk, sugar and tapioca with wire whisk in medium saucepan until well blended; let stand 5 min.
  2. Add chocolate.
  3. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Cool 20 min. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Stir.
  6. Serve warm or chilled. Stir before serving.
