  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • large egg yolk 
  • 2.5 cups milk 2% reduced-fat
  • Dash salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
