  •  apples cored cut into 1/2-inch pieces (Granny Smith, Gala, Fuji)
  • ounces baby spinach 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounces maytag cheese blue crumbled
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • large head endive halved thin
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • tablespoons pomegranate molasses 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts toasted coarsely chopped

Directions
