  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked chopped
  • cup corn kernels fresh frozen thawed cooked
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • ounces baby greens mixed
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion red chopped
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • oz tomatoes diced cored rinsed seeded
  • cup broken tortilla chips

  1. In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, olive oil, lime juice, and vinegar.
  2. Add beans, chicken, corn, bell pepper, chips, radishes, onion, tomato, and greens.
  3. Mix well.
