  •  citrus tuna steaks

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon curd cottage cheese fat-free sour
  •  garlic clove peeled
  • cup cut green beans (1-inch)
  • tablespoons kalamata olives pitted chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • cups salad greens mixed
  • teaspoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup thyme potatoes 
  • tablespoon water 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. To prepare dressing, combine first 10 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
  2. To prepare salad, cook beans in boiling water 1 minute or until crisp-tender. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  3. Combine beans and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over tuna mixture; toss gently to combine.
