Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 31 ounce .5 can cannellini beans rinsed drained
  • ounce chorizo crumbled chopped
  • servings round buttery crackers 
  •  garlic clove coarsely chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh packed
  • servings savory vegetable fresh sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chorizo, and saut 3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Set aside to drain on paper towels.
