  • cups coarsely napa cabbage shredded chinese ()
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • cup sugar snap peas trimmed halved
  • tablespoons peanuts unsalted chopped

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and oil, stirring well.
  3. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss well.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
