- 0.5 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves fresh chopped
- 0.8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
- 1 juice of lime
- 1 small onion diced red
- 1.5 pounds tomatoes diced

- In a small bowl, soak chile in 1/2 cup boiling water until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Discard liquid.
