  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cup onion chopped
  • tablespoons oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 5.5 cups tomatoes seeded chopped
