  • 15 oz black beans rinsed drained progresso® canned
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans rinsed drained progresso® canned (garbanzo beans)
  • oz tomato sauce organic muir glen® canned
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes with basil, undrained organic crushed muir glen® canned
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cups potatoes cubed
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper yellow chopped
  • cup zucchini cubed

Directions

  1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, heat all ingredients except zucchini to boiling, breaking up tomatoes and stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 13 minutes.
  2. Stir in zucchini. Cover; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
