Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons butter 
  • cups julienne-cut carrot (3-inch) ()
  • 0.3 teaspoon celery seeds 
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place carrot in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute or until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients except parsley in a large nonstick skillet over low heat; cook until butter melts, stirring frequently. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add carrots. Cook 3 minutes or until carrots are glazed and thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley; toss to combine.
