If you're looking for a delightful side dish that bursts with flavor and color, look no further than these Cider-Glazed Carrots. This vegetarian and gluten-free recipe not only brings a warm, inviting touch to your table but also allows you to enjoy the natural sweetness of baby carrots paired with a tangy cider glaze that will keep everyone coming back for more.

The magic begins with tender baby carrots, left unpeeled to enhance their earthy flavor and vibrant green tops. Blanching them in boiling water softens their texture while keeping them stocked with nutrients. The real star, however, is the cider vinegar and brown sugar mixture, which transforms into a glossy glaze that beautifully coats each carrot. This simple yet elegant side dish takes just 45 minutes to prepare, making it an excellent choice for both weekday dinners and festive gatherings.

This recipe not only offers a balance of 115 calories per serving, but it also incorporates health-conscious elements. Being low in protein and fat while high in carbohydrates makes it a great complement to any main course. Join me in creating a dish that is as visually stunning as it is delicious. With Cider-Glazed Carrots, you’ll not only satisfy your taste buds but also impress your family and friends with your culinary skills!
