  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Combine apple cider, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan, and stir with a wire whisk until blended. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve sauce warm.
