Ingredients

  •  apples cored sliced
  • cups cantaloupe sliced
  • 750 ml cider 
  • 0.5 inch ginger peeled sliced
  • ounces grand marnier 
  • cups wedges honeydew melon sliced
  • ounces ice cubes 
  •  cranberry-orange relish peeled seeded sliced

Directions

  1. Combine all sliced fruit, ginger root, ice cider, and Grand Marnier in mason jar or other resealable container. Refrigerate for two hours.
  2. After two hours, remove and discard the ginger root.
  3. Pour the fruit and alcohol mixture into a pitcher.
  4. Add 2 cups of ice to mixture.
  5. Slowly pour semi-dry cider into pitcher and gently stir to combine.
  6. Serve in wine glasses.
