  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh
  •  garlic clove chopped
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  •  jalapeno seeded chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • cup yogurt plain drained
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
