Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1.5 cups cracker crumbs 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground mustard dry
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • cup milk 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  •  potatoes - remove skin red
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions
