Ingredients

  • cups butter-flavored microwave popcorn (from 3-oz bag)
  • cups corn flakes/bran flakes 
  • cup roasted peanuts 
  • cup raisins 
  • 0.5 cup plus light
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. In large bowl, mix popcorn, cereal, peanuts and raisins; set aside.
  3. In 1-quart saucepan, heat corn syrup, honey, butter and cinnamon to boiling.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
  7. Bake 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool pan on cooling rack, stirring occasionally. Store loosely covered.
