  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoons lime rind grated
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • servings avocado and radish salad 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • cup rice long-grain white

Directions

  1. To prepare rice, cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
