Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • large garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups kalamata olives black
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon lemon zest grated
  • 1.5 cups cracked brine-cured olives green
  • cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • tablespoon orange peel grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
