  • 19.5 ounce clams minced undrained canned
  • cups cooked fettuccine hot cooked uncooked ( 8 ounces pasta)
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.5 cup wine dry white
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh minced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1.3 cups tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Drain clams in a colander over a bowl, reserving liquid.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Add tomato, parsley, and pepper; cook 1 minute.
  5. Add wine; cook 30 seconds.
  6. Add reserved clam liquid and pasta, tossing to coat; cook 3 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates, stirring frequently. Stir in clams and basil.
  7. Serve immediately.
