  • 0.3 tsp pepper black
  • small stalk celery finely chopped
  • Tbsp grey poupon dijon mustard 
  •  eggs 
  • Tbsp parsley fresh finely chopped
  •  green onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft

  • slotted spoon
  • grater

Directions

  1. Place eggs in medium saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Bring to boil.
  3. Remove from heat, cover.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Use slotted spoon to transfer eggs to bowl of ice water.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Peel eggs; shred with rotary grater.
  8. Place in medium bowl.
  9. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
