  • 1.3 pounds 3 large clementines ( 8)
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • pinch salt 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Squeeze enough juice from clementines to measure 1 cup.
