  • slice bread whole wheat toasted
  • slices processed cheese food 
  • slice deli turkey cooked
  • slice deli honey ham cooked
  •  bamboo skewers 
  • small slice tomatoes 
  • slices cucumber 
  •  olives 
  •  toppings: such as pickles

Directions

  1. With sharp knife, cut crust from toasted bread.
  2. Cut toast in half lengthwise; cut each half into 3 even squares.
  3. Cut slices of cheese, turkey and ham into similar-size squares.
  4. Onto each bamboo skewer, thread bread square, cheese, turkey, cucumber or tomato, ham, cheese and second bread square. Top with olive or pickle.
  5. Pack in lunch box with ice pack. Enjoy!
