  •  eggs 
  • cup baker's angel flake coconut toasted
  • 0.3 tsp curry powder and ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • Tbsp mango chutney 
  • 0.5 cup miracle whip dressing 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch-wide strips
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine coating mix, coconut and dry seasonings in pie plate. Beat egg in second pie plate until blended.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip with each ingredient; place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, mix MIRACLE WHIP and chutney until blended.
  5. Serve chicken with MIRACLE WHIP mixture.
