Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • tablespoon coffee granules instant
  • cups powdered sugar sifted
  • Dash salt 
  • ounce chocolate unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup water boiling

Equipment

Directions

  1. Combine coffee granules and boiling water, stirring until dissolved; set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate, butter, and salt in top of a double boiler. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; cool.
  4. Stir in coffee mixture. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at medium speed of electric mixer 1 minute or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Use immediately.
