  • bunch asparagus spears fresh trimmed
  • tablespoons curry powder 
  • 0.8 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add asparagus, and cook for about 7 minutes, until bright green.
  3. Remove to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder.
  6. Transfer to a nice serving dish, and serve with chilled asparagus.
