  • pinch marjoram dried crumbled
  • pinch thyme dried crumbled
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons lemon zest fresh finely grated

  • tablespoon spring onion finely chopped
  • cup cream sour
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • lb tomatoes ripe peeled quartered
