  • 0.5 small bunch collard greens 
  • 0.5 teaspoons honey 
  • servings kosher salt 
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted
  • 0.3 teaspoons pepper flakes red crushed

  1. Cook 1/2 small bunchcollard greens,center ribs andstems removed,in a medium pot ofboiling salted wateruntil tender, about2 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Transfer to a bowlof ice water; let cool.
  4. Drain; squeeze drywith paper towels.Blend greens, 1/2 cupolive oil, 1/4 cuptoasted pecans,2 tablespoons apple cidervinegar, 1/2 teaspoons honey,and 1/4 teaspoons crushedred pepper flakes ina food processor untila coarse purée forms;season with koshersalt and freshlyground black pepper.
