  • cup carrots peeled chopped
  • cup celery chopped
  • cup lentils dried
  • tablespoons flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup redskin potato diced
  • 14 oz turkey kielbasa sliced
