  • cups corn frozen
  • cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.3 cup skim milk fat-free
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced

Directions
