Ingredients

  • ounces tuna canned flaked drained
  • tablespoons capers rinsed drained chopped
  •  hardboiled eggs sliced
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • servings olive oil for drizzling
  • 2.5 cups radicchio thinly shredded
  • servings salt and pepper white
  • 2.7 cups snow peas trimmed
  • tablespoon citrus champagne vinegar

Directions
