  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • cup gruyere cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups cup heavy whipping cream 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • medium sweet potatoes and into 
  • tablespoon thyme leaves chopped

Directions
