  •  chicken breast half boneless skinless
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin 
  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ground coriander seed 
  •  mangos peeled seeded chopped
  •  cranberry-orange relish peeled chopped
  •  chile pepper red seeded chopped
  • 0.3  onion red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
