  • tablespoon cilantro leaves chopped
  • cup regular corn ( - 2 ears)
  • 0.3 cup cotija crumbled (or feta)
  •  jalapeno diced finely
  • tablespoons juice of lime ( - 1 lime)
  • 0.3 cup onion diced finely
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
