  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red finely chopped

  • tablespoon whole-grain dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add corn; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Combine mustard, syrup, vinegar, and celery salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  5. Add onion and bell pepper, stirring to coat. Stir in corn.
  6. Let stand at least 30 minutes before serving.
