  •  bay leaves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon peppercorns black crushed
  • 1.5 cups ears corn fresh ( 2 ears)
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes diced green
  • tablespoons jalapeno minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • cup bell pepper diced red
  • tablespoons shallots minced
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup tomatillos diced
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • cup citrus champagne vinegar
