Ingredients

  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups ears corn fresh ( 3 ears)
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.8 pound tomatoes diced
  • cup onion sweet chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, and saut 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add corn; cook 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
  5. Combine corn mixture with remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
