  • cups corned beef brisket cooked chopped
  • 1.5 cups potatoes cooked chopped ()
  • 1.5 cups beets fresh diced cooked ( 12 oz beets)
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup shortening 
  • serving parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except shortening and parsley.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, heat shortening over medium heat until melted.
