  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • serving romaine leaves 
  • cups fruit fresh (peaches, nectarines, pears, bananas, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries and/or blueberries)

  1. In medium bowl, stir together cottage cheese and yogurt. Stir in pecans.
