  • cup cucumber english chopped
  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup grape tomatoes halved
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups roasted chicken breast chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt
