Ingredients

  • medium avocado peeled chopped
  • 0.5  garlic clove chopped
  • tablespoons hendrick's gin 
  • 0.3 cup zatarain's remoulade sauce 
  • 0.3 cup zatarain's cocktail sauce 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon pepper 
  • pound lump crab meat fresh drained
  • 12  holland onions 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • medium tomatoes peeled seeded chopped

Directions

  1. Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender 15 seconds or until blended.
  2. Remove and reserve 3 Tbsp. rmoulade sauce mixture. Stir together remaining rmoulade sauce mixture, avocado, and tomato in a medium bowl.
  3. Place half of crabmeat in 6 martini glasses. Top evenly with avocado mixture and remaining half of crabmeat.
  4. Drizzle each evenly with reserved 3 Tbsp. rmoulade sauce mixture (about 1 1/2 tsp. each). Spear 2 stuffed olives onto a wooden pick, and place in a glass; repeat with remaining stuffed olives.
  5. Serve immediately.
