Ingredients

  • cup broccoli green frozen thawed drained well giant®
  • oz crabmeat white drained well canned
  •  eggs 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • cup milk 
  • tablespoons parmesan fresh shredded
  • cup provolone cheese shredded
  • box pie crust dough refrigerated softened pillsbury®
  • 0.3 cup roasted peppers red drained chopped well (from a jar)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch glass pie pan.
  2. Bake at 425°F. for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
  3. Remove baked shell from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. Layer crabmeat, broccoli, provolone cheese, roasted peppers and Parmesan cheese in baked shell.
  5. Beat eggs in medium bowl until well blended.
  6. Add milk, salt and ground red pepper; blend well.
  7. Pour over mixture in shell. Cover crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
  8. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
