Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  • pound crab meat fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoon parsley fresh minced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1.5 teaspoons old bay seasoning 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • servings pepper rémoulade sauce red
  •  to 8 saltine crackers crushed finely
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Drain and flake crabmeat, removing any bits of shell.
  2. Combine crushed crackers and next 7 ingredients; gently fold crabmeat into mixture. Shape into 6 thin patties.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add crab cakes; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with Red Pepper Rmoulade Sauce.
