  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 16 ounce broccoli coleslaw mix 
  • 0.5 cup canola oil 
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • teaspoon maple syrup 
  • 0.3 cup pecans chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and lemon zest. Gradually whisk in the canola oil while drizzling in a fine stream.
  2. In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, dried cranberries, and onion.
  3. Pour the dressing over, and toss to coat evenly. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  4. Sprinkle pecans over the top just before serving.
