  •  apples chopped
  • rib celery stalks chopped
  • cups cranberries fresh
  • cup golden raisins 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • cup orange juice fresh
  • tablespoon orange zest grated
  • cups sugar 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes.
  2. Add apple and remaining ingredients, and cook, stirring often, 35 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, and chill, if desired. Store chutney in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
  4. Serve with pork or chicken.
