  • stick cinnamon (3-inch)
  • cups cranberries fresh
  •  mint leaves fresh
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 1.5 cups orange juice 
  • teaspoons reserved or crushed

  1. Cook all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat 30 minutes or until mixture thickens. Cool.
  2. Remove cinnamon stick. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
