Ingredients

  • 11 oz mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • 1.5 cups ginger ale cold
  • cups and/or grapes green red seedless halved
  • pkg jell-o cranberry flavor gelatin red or any other flavor (8-serving size)
  • cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  2. Add fruit; stir gently until well blended. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
