Ingredients

  • 11 oz mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • 1.5 cups diet ginger ale cold
  • cups and/or grapes halves green red seedless
  • pkg jell-o cranberry flavor gelatin sugar free (8-serving size)
  • cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold diet ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  2. Stir in grapes and oranges.
  3. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
