  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • teaspoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.7 cup cranberry chutney 
  • tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • teaspoon orange rind fresh grated
  • 24 ounce salmon fillet 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
  3. Place fish, skin sides down, on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread cranberry mixture evenly over fish. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
